Last week was 'visit a place of worship week' in Newham. The Math played host to groups of school childern who visited the Math to find out more about different types of worship and religions. The children had the good fortune to be introduced to Srila Gurudev and the Deities and learned something about Krishna Consciousness. Sripad Bhakti Vigraha Nyasi Maharaj gave the children a 'reality check' explaining the concept of the soul and the material body.

Later in the week the devotees, headed by Sripad Nyasi Maharaj, continued to preach the message if Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu with visits to the School of Oriental and African Studies and a visit to a local Roman Catholic school with other local Faith Leaders for discussions about spiritual life.
