Help us build a new centre for the Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math in London.

We urgently need a new centre for our London Math. It is increasingly obvious that we have outgrown our Green Street Math and it is far too small for our needs. During our main festivals and especially when Srila Govinda Maharaj is visiting, and even just on a Sunday, our Math is full to bursting, often overflowing onto the street. We cannot continue to serve our current level activities or devotees and visitors unless we move to a bigger Temple.
Our London centre is the main European centre for the Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math and the personal service bequest of Srila Sridhar Maharaj. It is the express wish and fervent desire of our revered Spiritual Master, Srila Govinda Maharaj, that we must get a larger centre for our continued propogation and service to the teachings of Sri Chaitanyadev in the line of Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati and Srila Bhakti Rakshak Sridhar Maharaj.
In our new centre we will have a Temple, Kirttan/Lecture hall, a hall for the distribution of Maha-Prasadam, accommodation for residents and visitors, a reception and book shop, a large and well equipped Kitchen, A Library, presentation rooms, offices, Temple gardens and Acharyya's quarters.
We are exercising foresight in developing the new centre and we hope that it will be the strong foundation for many many years to come for promoting the teaching of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Buying and building property in London is very expensive, but it is our goal that within 5 years we will have completed our New Temple Project, at an estimated cost of £2.5 million. and it is our earnest and profound plea to all good souls to help us accomplish this noble goal.
